 3,320 New Covid-19 Cases Take Total Tally Close To 60,000; Death Toll At 1,981

As per the Union Health Ministry, 37,916 are active while 1,886 people have lost their lives. A total of 3,390 people tested positive and 103 died in the last 24 hours. The confirmed number of COVID-19 cases was seen fast approaching 60,000 and the death toll crossed 1,900. The highest number of confirmed cases in the country are from Maharashtra (17,974).

The other states have reported cases as following: Gujarat (7012), Delhi (5,980), Tamil Nadu (3,550), Rajasthan (3,061), Madhya Pradesh (2,942), Uttar Pradesh (3,071), Andhra Pradesh (1,847), West Bengal(1548), Punjab (1,644), Telangana (1123), Jammu and Kashmir (793), Karnataka (705), Bihar(550) and Haryana (525).

 केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के अनुसार, 37,916 सक्रिय हैं, जबकि 1,886 लोग अपनी जान गंवा चुके हैं।  पिछले 24 घंटों में कुल 3,390 लोगों ने सकारात्मक परीक्षण किया और 103 लोगों की मृत्यु हुई।  COVID-19 मामलों की पुष्टि संख्या तेजी से 60,000 के करीब पहुंची और मृत्यु का आंकड़ा 1,900 को पार कर गया।  देश में सबसे अधिक पुष्टि मामले महाराष्ट्र (17,974) के हैं।

 अन्य राज्यों में निम्नलिखित मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं: गुजरात (7012), दिल्ली (5,980), तमिलनाडु (3,550), राजस्थान (3,061), मध्य प्रदेश (2,942), उत्तर प्रदेश (3,071), आंध्र प्रदेश (1,4747), पश्चिम बंगाल  (1548), पंजाब (1,644), तेलंगाना (1123), जम्मू और कश्मीर (793), कर्नाटक (705), बिहार (550) और हरियाणा (525)।
